    El-Mostehy et al (1998) reported that Miswak plant contains antibacterial substances. Darout et al. (2000) reported that antimicrobial and cleansing effect on the miswak has been shown by variations in chemical content that can be detected in the extract. This effect is believed to relate to the high content of Sodium Chloride and Chloride Pottasium like salvadourea and salvadorine, saponins, tannins, vitamin C, silica and resins, as well as cyanogenic glycosides and benzylsothio-cyanate. It is reported that the anionic components naturally present in this plant species that contain antimicrobial agents against some bacteria.     • Al-Sufi Hoja Nasruddin story that same famous and ridiculous with the Abu Nawas losing his beloved wife. After his first wife died, Nasruddin remarried. Women who married were also never married before. So, she was a widow.
    One night, while they were napping in bed, Nasruddin's wife starts talking about her first husband, she said that her first husband was a very good man.
    Nasruddin then replace talk about his first wife, he said that his first wife is the best woman he has ever known.
    But his second wife speak faster than the Nasruddin, and thus he had a similar conversation to calm the quarrel.

    Nasruddin became so angry with his second wife, so  he kicked her to fall out of bed . The next day she went to court and filed a lawsuit against her husband.
    When the trial began, the woman said that Nasruddin had kicked up to fall out of bed.
    "Did you do that Nasruddin?" Ask the judge. "No, I do not do that, sir," replied Nasruddin
    "The problem this way, at that time we berdia was dozing in bed, and then came a friend went along with sleep, and then came also a friend of mine to bed. Thus there are four people in bed. Of course, the bed was too crowded and so full that my wife finally fell out of bed. "
